Updates to the Men’s WFC 2026 Match Schedule

The official match schedule for the Men’s World Floorball Championships, taking place in Tampere from 5 to 13 December 2026, has undergone minor adjustments and updates. While the core structure and venues – Hakametsä Ice Hall, Kauppi Sports Center, and Nokia Arena – remain the same, the schedule has been fine-tuned to ensure a seamless tournament week.

The most notable updates affect the opening days of the tournament in Hakametsä and Kauppi, as well as the specific times for the upcoming playoffs:

  • Sunday schedule swap at Hakametsä: On the first Sunday of the tournament (6 December), the opening game and the final game of the day at Hakametsä Ice Hall have swapped places.

  • Monday venue change: The match scheduled for Monday (7 December) at 13:00 (1:00 PM) has been moved from Kauppi Sports Center to Hakametsä Ice Hall.

  • Quarter-final slots for Czechia and Sweden: Specific times have now been locked in for Friday’s (11 December) quarter-finals, depending on team qualifications. If Czechia advances to the quarter-finals, they will play at 16:00 (4:00 PM). Should Sweden progress to the quarter-finals, they will play in the evening at 19:00 (7:00 PM).

Day tickets for the group stage and quarter-finals are currently available on Lippu.fi.

Up to date Match Schedule can always be found from the WFC website’s Games -section.
